what I do

“Listen. Make a way for yourself inside yourself. Stop looking in the other way of looking. You already have the precious mixture that will make you well. Use it.”

These are the change areas I am typically approached to help with

Executive Coaching

As a coach, I work with leaders to identify and leverage strengths to lead their teams and their careers in diverse and challenging environments.

When was the last time someone truly challenged and stretched you? I believe we all have our solutions within us – as a coach I help executives find fresh insights. My approach is performance-focussed and goal-centred to help you continue growing through your own resources. Be it getting to the next level, making tough choices, finding your purpose, inspiring change, building resilience, whatever you are looking to achieve, I will help you on that journey.

I am a fully certified executive coach through ILM and a member of the European Mentoring & Coaching Council since 2012. I am also certified in a range of personality profiling instruments as well as a licensed user of psychometric tools through the British Psychology Society (Levels 1&2).

Leadership Development

As an assessor and trainer, I work with organisations to identify and build leadership bench strengths and talent pipelines for the future.

As a basis for development or purely for talent mapping, I help identify current competence levels through individual, team, or 360-based assessments. Depending on the level, follow-up activities include The Leadership Circle® or The Leadership Challenge® suites incorporating ongoing coaching and structured development programmes.

I am a licensed facilitator and assessor in both these suites, as well as in a range of psychometric tools.

Team Purpose

As a LEGO® Serious Play® facilitator, I work with teams to map out vision and goals, and then to identify how to get there.

With an MSc in Organizational Psychology and over 20 years’ experience in the development field, I help teams set or rediscover their purpose, the behaviours that will enable or impede their progress to this vision, and the shared values that will drive this journey.

To help us on the way, I often use LEGO® Serious Play® as a tool to get the conversation going and to surface issues and questions or even to stimulate thinking in the first place. In the facilitation world, LEGO® Serious Play® has been a game-changer in how we approach both individual and team conversations. I love it.
